Born 14th April 1887 at Invercargill, New Zealand. Son of Daniel and Margaret Brims Fraser (née Smith). Served on the Western Front with B Company, 4th Battalion, 3rd New Zealand Rifle Brigade from December 1917. Wounded 2nd January 1918. Died of wounds 9th January 1918 at 3rd Canadian Casualty Clearing Station. Buried
